Updated October 2026. This covers what Surf Zone (704 Cliff Rd, Ramey Base, Aguadilla, PR 00603) collects when you rent a board on this site.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number, the boards and dates you book, and your answers on the waiver. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To hold your boards, take payment, contact you about your rental, and keep records the shop needs. If you leave a review, we use it to improve the shop.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number at checkout, Surf Zone texts you about your booking: a confirmation, a reminder before pickup, a pickup-day and a return-day message, a thank-you, and a notice if a booking is cancelled. Up to 6 per rental. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts, or HELP for help, or call 787-890-5080.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone for their marketing. It is only shared with the service that delivers our texts.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the booking: Stripe for payments, Twilio for texts, Google (Gmail) for emails, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. We don't sell your information.
